Frequently asked questions

Is my electronic signature legally binding?

Yes, electronic signatures are legally recognized in most countries under laws such as the ESIGN Act (US) and eIDAS Regulation (EU) for standard contracts, agreements, and waivers.

Can I reuse my signature across different pages?

Yes. Once you create your signature (by drawing, typing, or uploading), you can place multiple copies of it on different pages and resize them individually.

Is my signature data private?

Absolutely. The signature creation, placing, and final rendering are processed entirely client-side. Your signature drawings and PDF documents are never uploaded to any external server.
